His expertise includes groundwater production feasibility studies, production well performance evaluation, water well design, aquifer testing, ASR system testing and operation, water rights permitting, water rights management and strategy development, and evaluation of water supply alternatives. Ted's project experience includes work with municipalities and private parties.
