Randy specializes in environmental remediation, site evaluation, groundwater investigation, as well as civil engineering. He has served as a project manager for numerous environmental evaluation and remediation projects. Randy conducts scoping and planning for environmental and civil engineering projects, conducts senior project reviews, and prepares reports, plans, and specifications.
