Jeff performs Phase I and Phase II explorations, develops groundwater flow models, and conducts regulatory water quality sampling and analysis as well as contaminant source inventories, investigations, and evaluations for environmental and water resources projects. His expertise includes geochemistry, bioremediation, and field sampling.
