Jason assists municipal, agricultural, and industrial clients with groundwater supply, water resource, water right projects, and hydrogeologic investigations. He has extensive experience in the design and operation of aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) well systems. His expertise includes high-capacity production well design, well drilling techniques, technical specification development, contracting, and contractor oversight. Jason has a broad understanding of state water law and significant experience completing water right transfers, permit applications, limited licenses, and beneficial use claims.
