Kevin specializes in assessing groundwater quality, quantity, and supply; characteristics of surface water-groundwater continuity; impacts to shallow groundwater development; and environmental monitoring and permitting at sites with the potential to affect groundwater. His expertise includes geologic mapping, geologic database construction and modeling, geotechnical, vadose zone and groundwater well logging, hydrogeologic characterization and monitoring of sediment and basalt aquifers, and technical reporting.
