Matt designs, implements, and manages environmental investigations. He develops conceptual site models of groundwater flow and remedial alternatives, and uses aquifer hydraulic analysis to support a variety of project activities. His expertise includes risk assessment, water rights permitting, extraction and injection well design, technical reporting, natural attenuation, resource exploration, due diligence, and site characterization.
