Larry specializes in groundwater supply, especially aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) investigations, testing, planning, and operations. His expertise also includes water rights, exploratory drilling and testing, production well evaluations, environmental site investigations of industrial and Superfund sites, ground source heat pump systems, and technical reporting. He is knowledgeable about state and federal regulatory programs, and often is invited to speak about ASR.
