Bruce specializes in groundwater supply and aquifer storage and recovery hydrogeologic investigations; production and test well siting, design, installation, and testing; analysis and interpretation of water quality data; water rights; and environmental groundwater investigations and remediation. He is knowledgeable about of the regulatory programs related to groundwater development, water rights, and CERCLA.
