Jeff provides senior review of hydrogeologic and groundwater resource projects. He is an expert in aquifer storage and recovery technology. He conducts production and collector well siting, design, installation, rehabilitation, and testing, as well as dewatering projects and wellfield capacity and siting studies and permitting. Jeff is knowledgeable about state regulatory programs related to groundwater protection and water rights. He frequently presents technical concepts to regulatory and public audiences, and provides technical expertise to support permitting and litigation.
